1. A farmer owns a beautiful pear tree. He supplies the fruit to a nearby grocery shop. The shop owner has called the farmer to see how much fruit is available for him to purchase. The farmer knows that the main trunk has 24 branches, each branch has exactly 12 boughs and each bough has exactly 6 twigs. Since each twig bears one piece of fruit, how many plums will the farmer be able to deliver?
2. How many times can you subtract the number 2 from 32?
3. One day 2 mothers and 2 daughters went shopping for shoes. They each bought a pair of shoes and ended up with 3 pairs, how is this possible?
4. 2 students are sitting on opposite sides of the same desk. There is nothing in between them but the desk. Why can't they see each other?
